Smokd.app comes out of cooking and selling food, not out of a software office.

We trained in professional kitchens, including time in fine dining, and have spent years on the other side of a serving window: street food festivals, pop-ups, private dinners and catering — anything from a handful of guests to a few hundred portions in an afternoon.

Every part of the app answers something that went wrong at a window: a queue that outgrew the pan, a sold-out dish nobody could see, an order taken twice.
